CMO | April Hanley

April comes to the team with vast experience in leadership, program strategy, build, implementation, and management. She is proud to have dedicated the first 25 years of her career to healthcare; focused on the wellness of our communities and in building high quality and fiscally responsible programs, as well as leading the high performing teams behind them. She has worked with Hospital Systems, Value-based Care Entities, Large Payor Groups, Academic Research Facilities, Pharmaceutical Companies and most notably, in her mind, with Providers and Patients. April holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, both earned from Western Governors University out of Utah. She says the MBA has prepared her to be alert and nimble in the business environment, and the BSN keeps her humble and reminds her of the beauty of servant-leadership. In 2021, April moved slightly out of her main wheel house and invested in what is now Aloha Laundry Life (ALL). She opened her own healthcare consulting firm – Bee Well Healthcare Consultants, in 2022 and has continued to invest in the expansive portfolio offered by MSCH, which allows her to understand our offerings from the ground up. She plans to leverage her past experience to build out and scale our high-quality offerings quickly. Her highest goals are to drive growth, promote innovation, tell the story of our important brand offerings and community service, and build capabilities to scale efficiently and drive the highest level of success possible. In addition to her dedicated professional life, April’s most important role is that of mother to her three sons, Joseph, Matthew and Harrison. They make her world infinitely brighter and are the reason for her intense drive for success.
